中島朋子 Tomoko Nakajima
プロフィール東京都出身。慶應義塾大学文学部卒業。同大学大学院の社会学研究科にて国際比較教育学の修士課程修了。在学中に英国のカーディフ大学大学院に1年間留学。大学院卒業後は、外資系コンサルティング会社「プライス・ウォーターハウスクーパーズ」にて日本企業の海外進出支援や、経済産業省、外務省等の日本政府機関の海外調査案件の業務に4年間従事。2015年から外務省の平和構築人材育成事業の一環として、ユニセフ・フィリピン事務所に「教育と平和構築担当官」として派遣。紛争の影響下に置かれているフィリピンのミンダナオ島の子どもたちの教育支援を行う。その後、外務省の国連職員の派遣事業に合格、2017年からユニセフ・ウガンダ事務所にて、2年間、南スーダン難民への教育支援や、教育政策策定支援を担当。2019年に帰国後も、青森を拠点として、世界銀行やユニセフの教育コンサルタントとして、中所得国・途上国の教育計画策定や資金調達の支援を行っている。
As an Education Specialist, Tomoko Nakajima specializes in education policy and strategy development, education data management and analysis, education in emergency response (EiE), education program development and resource mobilization, through working for various international organizations. She is a responsible and respectful team player, capable of handling multitasks, working under high pressure and experienced working in a multicultural environment. Bilingual in English and Japanese.
